Gio erfüllt das ganze "Immigrantenkind-Klischee" - laut, frech und auffällig. In Berlin Neukölln aufgewachsen, ist sie Mitglied einer kleinkriminellen Gang - an vorderster Front - und treibt jede Menge Unsinn. Kein Schulabschluss, keine Perspektive. Nur Hip Hop und grelle Kleidung. Als sie durch einen Diebstahl Sozialstunden aufgebrummt bekommt und diese abarbeiten muss, scheint Gio's Leben auf den Kopf gestellt. Sie trifft auf die blinde, eigenbrötlerische Klara, die ein zurückgezogenes Leben lebt.
