Bielefeld wird überwacht und kontrolliert. Dahinter steckt der ‚Städtische Interessenverband Energie und Kommunikation’, kurz SIEkom. Allen voran Somo Bishi, ein machtbesessener, im Hintergrund agierender Fiesling, dem kein Weg zu unmoralisch ist, um an seine Ziele zu kommen. Er plant eine Superwaffe, die jede biochemische Struktur zu Staub zerfallen lassen kann. Es fehlt nur noch ein einziger Gegenstand, der die Superwaffe komplett machen würde: ein antikes Artefakt aus der versunkenen Stadt Atlantis.
