In this movie, Shin-chan is all set to challenge Kung Fu in the Chinatown of Kasukabe city, known as "Aiyā Town". Shinnosuke and the Kasukabe Defence Force are going to put up a totally no-stunt Kung Fu challenge on the stage.

Shinnosuke Nohara, affectionately known as Shin-chan, is a 5-year-old boy who lives in Japan, in the city of Kasukabe in Saitama Prefecture with his parents: Hiroshi Nohara and Misae Nohara, and his sister Himawari. Nohara. With his friends he lives adventures, whether in kindergarten, at home or in the play areas. He is quite mischievous despite the fact that he sometimes performs the things that he observes to the elders and repeats them without shame.
