A collection of rock videos, compiled almost entirely from stock footage, newsreels, motion pictures and television broadcasts, edited in rapid-fire succession and synchronized to an industrial/techno soundtrack. One of the most unusual sequences is President George Bush giving a speech synchronized to Queen's song "We Will Rock You".
