C/o Kancharapalem is the story of four couples of different age groups. Raju (Subba Rao) is an attendee at a Government office. Even at the age of 49, he is a bachelor and stays alone. Radha (Radha Bessy) is Raju’s colleague who gets transferred from Orissa. She is a widow and has a 20-year-old daughter. She falls in love with Raju, whose bachelor life is often talked about. Joseph (Karthik Ratnam) is a Christian teenage boy and an owner of a gym named Ammoru. He often argues in the name of settlements. He happens to meet Bhargavi, a Brahmin girl, and they later fall in love. Geddam (Mohan Bhagat) is an orphan and works as a boy in a wine shop. Saleema (Vijaya Praveena Paruchuri) is a prostitute who comes to buy liquor daily. Geddam falls in love with Saleema by looking at her eyes as her face is always covered with a head scarf. Sundaram (Kesava Karri) and Sunitha (Nithya Sree) are students of the same school. Sundaram loves Sunitha and yearns for her company. All these four love stories happen in the town named Kancharapalem. How these four stories relate to each other and what turn they take in the name of caste, religion, age, and economic status form the crux of C/o Kancharapalem.
