Filmde, birbirini seven Kenan ile Elif’in aşkı konu edilir. Kenan av için gittiği ormanda bir kaza geçirir. Hastanede hemşirelik yapan Elif, şans eseri Kenan'ı bulur ve hastaneye kaldırır. Uzun süre hastanede tedavi gören Kenan ile Elif arasında bir aşk başlar. Kenan Elif’e evlenme teklif eder. Ancak Kenan’ın kız kardeşi ve eski sevgilisi buna engel olmaya çalışacaktır.
