W dziesiątą rocznicę powstania "Good Guys" firma zabawkarska wprowadza ponownie lalkę na rynek, czego konsekwencją jest przywrócenie do życia Charlesa Lee Raya (Brad Dourif), zabójcy, który po raz kolejny przybiera postać owej zabawki. Jego niedoszła ofiara, Andy Barclay (Justin Whalin) ma już 16 lat i uczęszcza do szkoły kadetów. Tam też przybywa Chucky z chęcią zemsty. Wśród kadetów znajduje jednak nowy cel - jest nim czarnoskóry Ronald Tyler (Jeremy Sylvers). Chłopak nie ma pojęcia o planach niewinnie wyglądającej lalki.

Eight years have passed and Chucky has been resurrected once again and seeks revenge on Andy, his former owner, who is now a teenager enrolled in military school.
