Sakura vient de capturer la carte Arrow (la Flèche). Peu de temps après, Sakura joue à une loterie et gagne un voyage à Hong-Kong pendant les vacances. Son père ne pouvant aller avec elle à cause de son travail, Sakura décide d'y aller avec Tiffany, Mathieu et son frère Thomas. Arrivée à destination, Sakura perçoit une aura maléfique. D’autre part, Lionel est retourné avec Stéphanie à Hong-Kong pour les vacances. Lionel perçoit lui aussi l'aura maléfique qui provient d'un puits. Il se trouve aussi que les cartes de Clow ont été créées à Hong-Kong et que quelqu'un cherche à se venger de Clow…

Una nuova avventura attende la piccola Sakura, il cui ruolo di CardCaptor sembra comportare coinvolgimenti che vanno al di là della "semplice" ricerca delle magiche Clow Card. La fortunosa vincita di un viaggio premio porta infatti Sakura e i suoi amici nella misteriosa Hong Kong, dove il gruppo farà anche la conoscenza dell'antica famiglia dello scontroso Li ShaoLang.

Sakura ganha uma viagem para Hong Kong, para quatro pessoas. Ela viaja com Toya, Yukito, Tomoyo e Kero (escondido) e encontra Meiling e Shaoran durante a viagem. Logo, Sakura começa a ter estranhos sonhos, com uma voz a chamando.

Peripecias alrededor del viaje que Sakura obtiene en una tómbola con destino a Hong-Kong, acompañada por Shaoran, Meiling, Tomoyo, Yukito, Touya y Kero. Ahora Sakura debe enfrentarse con una hechicera que estaba buscando a Clow y que se le aparecía en sus sueños.

Sakura Kinomoto, Cardcaptor of the Clow Cards, successfully seals the Arrow Card with help from her friends Syaoran Li, List of Cardcaptor Sakura characters#Cerberus, Tomoyo Daidoji, and Meiling Li. That night, Sakura experiences a strange dream where two pieces of cloth pull her underwater. After school ends for spring break, Sakura and Tomoyo visit the "Twin Bells" shop where Sakura participates in a lottery to win a vacation to Hong Kong. As Sakura reaches for a lottery ball, one magically flies into her hand, the winning ball for the vacation. Sakura goes with Tomoyo, Kero, her big brother Toya Kinomoto and his best friend Yukito Tsukishiro, who Sakura has a crush on.

סאקורה היא תלמידת בית ספר יסודי. יום אחד היא מגלה ספר קסמים ישן במרתף ומן הספר יצאו קלפים, ''קלפי הקלאו'' ואחריהם יצא מאין דובון מעופף, קרברוס, שומר הקלפים הדגול. קרברוס מסביר לסאקורה שהיא הצליחה לפתוח את הספר משום שכנראה יש לה כוחות קסם, ובגלל זה היא האחראית לכך שהקלפים ברחו ועליה להחזירם בחזרה אל תוך הספר. סקורה יוצאת למסע אחרי הקלפים ביחד עם חבריה טומיו וקרברוס.

故事發生在電視版的第一季與第二季間，在寒假期間，小櫻於商店中抽奬時，女魔法師被其身上庫洛里德的魔力所吸引，故意使小櫻抽中前往香港的特獎，到達香港後，女魔法師多番引導小櫻打開封印著自己的古書籍；而女魔法師對庫洛里德抱有愛戀之意，被封印於書中但思念也沒減少。
