Since the 1970s, Ugly George has hit the streets of New York City in search of women willing to bare all for the camera. This documentary uses George's controversial cable show as the starting point for a look at obscenity on television then and now. First Amendment advocates, moral crusaders and public figures such as former New York mayor Ed Koch weigh in on the debate, as does George himself, accompanied by vintage clips.
