When a giant meteorite crashes towards Earth, Ben immediately flies into space to prevent the planet from being destroyed. However, the alleged meteorite is actually a spacecraft piloted by Vilgax, who is heading towards Earth unchecked and with bad intentions. With Ben stranded in the depths in space, the rest of Team Tennyson must team up with Kevin, who has to step up to help protect the world in Ben's absence.

When ten-year-old Ben Tennyson finds a mysterious, watch-like device called the Omnitrix, the device attaches permanently to his wrist and gives him the ability to transform into a numerous variety of alien life-forms, each with their own unique powers and abilities. Ben realizes that he has a responsibility to help and save others with these new abilities at his disposal, but that doesn't mean he won't get up to super-powered mischief every now and then.
