When Skipper's babysitting business falters, she takes a summer job at a water park. She tries different first jobs with new friends while trying to avoid the wrath of her boss Tammy. When a birthday party at the park goes wrong, Skipper's babysitting skills save the day. The success increases Skipper's faith in her babysitting business, and she and her new friends start a new babysitting group.
