Lina, a young woman from Antioquia's high society who runs away with her boyfriend Álvaro. After the refusal of his father Don Bernardo to marry the young, the couple will have to face several difficulties that prevent their relationship, while showing the Antioquia landscapes and the customs of the bourgeois culture of the time.
