The perpetrator is known to be a tall man with a large Shoe size. Among the suspicious persons are rude and unconscious Covenanters who are building a silo, a drunken sailor who has left the ship, a local alcoholic, a kind of last of the Mohicans, a Verka-Kosaya, and a certain Sidorov. Everyone is spied on by the detective-mad Buttercup. Who robbed the Museum?
