في صحراء على حدود مصر في زمن سحيق، يثير رام حقد أخوته لحب أبيه له، يلقى به أخوته في بئر ولكن يتم إنقاذه ويرحل إلى مصر لتعلم الزراعة فيبزغ نجمه ويأتى إليه أخوته طالبين المعونة دون أن يعرفوه.
