Un certain Général Siqueiros a capturé le scientifique Karlesten et comme ça il a obtenu le contrôle sur une arme à destruction massive. L'Agent 3S3 doit rendre le gredin inoffensif. Il voyage à l'île caraïbe San Félipe mais son homme de contact Mendozza est déjà remplacé par quelqu'un qui travaille pour un autre service secret. La situation est une menace pour le monde entier.
Der Wissenschaftler Professor Karleston wird zu der kleinen karibischen Insel San Felipe verschleppt, welche von einem größenwahnsinnigen Diktator beherrscht wird. Walter Ross, Agent 3S3 wird darauf angesetzt, aber er ahnt nicht, dass sein Kontaktmann Mendozza längst tot ist und durch einen sowjetischen KGB Agenten ersetzt worden ist. Allerdings hat auch der Kreml ein Interesse daran den Professor zurückholen, denn dieser entwickelte ein hoch giftiges Gas, das mit Raketen zu jedem Platz der Erde gebracht werden kann.
