Die Freunde Adil (17), Ali (17), Beni (16) und Idris (16) sind mit ihren Familien vor dem Bürgerkrieg in Jugoslawien geflohen und leben seit etwa acht Jahren in Cottbus. Sie führen als geduldete Flüchtlinge zwischen zwei Kulturen ein Leben auf Abruf. Gemeinsam trainieren die Jungs für einen großen Hip-Hop-Tanzwettbewerb, als sie die Nachricht erreicht, daß Adil ausgewiesen werden soll.
