「狛江の狂犬」と恐れられていた伝説の超不良・井口達也（倉悠貴）が少年院を出所した。地元から遠く離れた西千葉で、おじちゃん（杉本哲太）、おばちゃん（渡辺満里奈）が営む焼肉屋「三塁」で働く新たな生活をスタートさせた彼は、保護観察中で、次に喧嘩をしたら一発アウトの身だ。ところが、ひょんなことから千葉の暴走族「斬人」の副総長・安倍要（水上恒司）と出会い不思議な絆で結ばれたことから、半グレ集団「爆羅漢」との血で血を洗う激しい抗争に巻き込まれることになって……。
