Guadalupe, una artista plástica, reúne a su novio Martín y sus amigos con la idea de hacer una suerte de performance artística. Los insta a tomar una droga nueva que les producirá ganas desenfrenadas de tener sexo y un estado alterado difícil de manejar. A tal punto que no sabrán distinguir si las imágenes de muertes violentas de sus amigos, son reales o no.
