A private Egyptian satellite entertainment channel broadcast on the Egyptian satellite Nilesat. It was founded on October 6, 2008 and was owned by Tunisian businessman Tarek Ben Ammar and Egyptian Naguib Sawiris in different proportions until May 2016, when it was acquired by Ahmed Abu Hashima through his company Egyptian Media.
