Founded and spearheaded by Bentley Kyle Evans and Trenten Gumbs, Harvest Studios is home to nationally airing hit comedies and a venue for black creators and comedians to thrive. After an already illustrious career as a showrunner on smash hit series “Martin” (starring Martin Lawrence) and as creator and showrunner of the popular "Jamie Foxx Show", Evans partnered with Gumbs to co-found the independent production company Harvest Studios; Their inaugural sitcom series entitled Love That Girl (starring Tatyana Ali) aired for 67 episodes on the TV One network. In 2012 Harvest teamed up with the Bounce TV network to write, produce, and direct two new hit shows “FAMILY TIME” (91 episodes) and “In The Cut” (87 episodes). Evans teamed up with famed rapper MC Lyte and together they co-created a pilot “Partners N’ Rhyme” which they sold to the newly re-branded “ALLBLK” Streaming service. Harvest Studios’ series “Millennials” is AMC Network’s streaming service ALLBLK number one show in the history of its network.
